GAFFERS is presented by the California Multi-Cultural Media Consortium, (CMMC), a not-for-profit organization that provides specialized multi-media training and support for youth and the community and promotes multi-cultural understanding & harmony.

Through our festival, we celebrate film and digital video that is created by diverse cultural populations and interests throughout the world.

This yearly festive screen celebration targets diverse, aspiring, independent, creatively accomplished filmmakers. These filmmaker's works are exhibited to the public and media.
